Built an Obsidian-based Zettelkasten and living wiki with source ingestion, semantic search, atomic notes, durable AI memory, and automated review workflows.

03 / Why I work well with people
My background helps me hear what a team needs, explain a new system in language people can use, and handle resistance without turning implementation into a fight.
Clinical training taught me to listen for goals, hesitation, assumptions, and the language people use to describe a problem.
NLP training gave me methods for modeling expert behavior, improving communication, and teaching a repeatable process.
Four years as a Carmelite friar, split between novitiate and seminary studies, trained my attention, patience, and composure.
I can translate between leadership, staff, and technical systems. That makes me useful during discovery, implementation, training, and the day-to-day work that follows.

I write training material, process documentation, professional resources, and long-form essays. I am also developing Exposed to the Light, a nonfiction book about hypnosis, placebo, faith, and the subconscious.
